Procedures of Registration Cancellation
First Stage
Notarized minutes of general meeting in the company was liquidated, and the liquidator was appointed mentioning the liquidator name.
Letter issued by liquidator accepting to liquidate the company, and submitting the liquidator’s documents (license copy, auditor registration certificate and notarized signature specimen).
Obtaining certificate of the company dissolution and the liquidator appointment, subjects to the legal advisor approval.
Publish a notice of liquidation in two local Arabic newspapers for one day only, the notice period should give the debtors a grace period of 45 days from the date of the notice to submit their claims.
Final stage
The original page of the newspaper in which the notice was published must be submitted with the application.
The company final audit report.
A declaration by the liquidator and partners that there was no objection from any concerned entity within a period of 45 days starting from the date of the notice date.
A labor card cancellation letter issued from the ministry of labor.
A letter of cancellation of residence permit/ entry visa of the partners issued from the general directorate of residency and foreigner affairs.
A copy of general assembly meeting minute.
A copy of certificate of company dissolution.
